Xiaoyu Guo, Associate Research Professor at SAGGAS. She holds a Doctor degree of Law from Peking University. Her research interests include the history of political thought, political philosophy and European intellectual history and political ideas. She is the author of the book The Establishment and Evolution of the ‘United’ Order: From Great Britain to the United States and the translated work The International Political Thought of Carl Schmitt : Terror, liberal war and the crisis of global order. She has published numerous articles in leading academic journals in her field.
