
Kimitaka Matsuzato, Japanese national, Distinguished Professor at the Shanghai Academy of Global Governance and Area Studies (SAGGAS), and Professor at the Faculty of Law, the University of Tokyo. An internationally renowned scholar in Slavic and area studies, he is widely recognized as the foremost Japanese scholar in Slavic studies.
